Two black eyes. One broken nose. A microphone. 🤘

Apparently, I arrived at the Future Nutra Innovation Summit with the appropriate credentials.

When FNIS first hit my radar, my reaction was: “Yay. Another event to squeeze into an already demolished calendar.”

Then I showed up.

Holy sh#t.

Think intimate NBJ Summit with way more muscles and the volume turned to eleven.

Never underestimate the gym bro community. They know their sh#t. Ingredients. Formulation. Science. Business. After a few days with this crowd, I have a pretty good idea who has a veiny grip on the steering wheel of sports nutrition.

I arrived sporting two black eyes from a jiu-jitsu-related broken nose and was welcomed like a badass. Finally. A conference that appreciates my commitment to looking like the “before” photo.

And for a FIRST summit? These folks came out swinging. Venue, food, entertainment, engaging speakers. Someone clearly did the reps before stepping onstage.

I was honored to grab the mic myself, with a call to action:

You’ve invested in quality. Now get loud about it.

Show the testing. Share the proof. Tell your quality story before someone else does.

Judging by how few seats were left empty, I’d say this crowd was ready for that conversation.
