Mo Lababidi serves as the Director of Botanical Identity at Alkemist Labs. With a career rooted deeply in botanical science, Mo originally spent over a decade with Alkemist advancing through key laboratory and supervisory positions. He then expanded his expertise in multi site laboratory operations, directing commercial testing activities, before returning to spearhead Alkemist’s Botanical Identity division. 

He holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a degree in Chemistry from CSULB, blending analytical mastery with strong organizational leadership. Today, Mo focuses on driving lab efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding Alkemist’s rigorous standards of testing integrity.
