Portal Training Materials
Below are the training materials that will guide you in using the portal for managing your testing with Alkemist. There are very short videos that will guide you step by step.
Important note: as we transition from the old reporting system to this new one, samples that came in under old system will be reported in the old way, and new samples will be available on the portal.
Your portal registration link will arrive by email from Alkemist Labs (noreply@qbench.net) with a subject line of Welcome!

Client Portal Timeline:
8/5 – Admin portal access open
8/5 to 8/26 – Admins set up additional company users
8/26 – Last chance to add users
9/2 – Portal ordering is open
9/3 – Reports made available on portal begins
