Introduction to the Alkemist Labs’ Client Portal

The new Alkemist Labs client portal is designed to make it easier for you to manage your account. You have online access to sample status, reports, out of spec investigations, and invoices. With this new system, sample form errors can be resolved before your sample even arrives at our labs, so we can start to process them without delay.

Your portal registration link will arrive by email from Alkemist Labs (noreply@qbench.net) with a subject line of Welcome!

We’ve made a series of short videos to walk you through each step of using this portal. You can find them here. Access is made available by verifying your email address. If you need help, email us at sales@alkemist.com.

Timeline:

8/5 – Admin portal access open

8/5 to 8/26 – Admins set up additional company users

8/26 – Last chance to add users

9/2 – Portal ordering is open

9/3 – Reports made available on portal begins
