Introduction to the Alkemist Labs’ Client Portal

Enter your email address to be sent a log in link, which will give you access to a series of very short videos to guide you through using the portal step by step.
We’ve made this easy if you follow the steps we outline. Your Alkemist rep can help you in the unlikely event you get stuck.

If you have not yet designated an admin for your company per the zillions of emails we previously sent asking you to do that, you must do that first. Your company’s admin can give other people access to the portal once the initial account is set up. IF YOU HAVE NO DESIGNATED ADMIN YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE REPORTS (sorry for yelling, but you do need to get your reports).
